We use specialized, ventilated eco-friendly packaging designed to secure the plant and retain moisture. Each plant is inspected for health before being dispatched to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in pristine condition.

What is your policy on damaged or dead-on-arrival plants?

We offer a 48-hour replacement guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, please share a photo of the plant and the packaging with our support team, and we will send a replacement immediately.

Do you provide care instructions for the plants I purchase?

Yes, every order includes a digital or printed care guide specific to the species you purchased, covering sunlight requirements, watering schedules, and soil preferences to help your greenery thrive.

How long does shipping typically take?

Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. We prioritize the fastest routes to minimize the time plants spend in transit.

Are the pots included with the plant purchase?

Most of our plants are shipped in basic nursery pots. However, we offer a wide selection of premium decorative ceramic and terracotta planters that can be added to your order at checkout.
